We are waiting for Charities Commission registration to register the Foundation as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation

The Educational Foundation will be a grant awarding organisation helping those who need our help but are less able to pay for the services we offer or those who cannot get local authority funding.  

The Foundation will be run by an independent group of Trustees and will award financial help on application to individuals to participate in our programmes.

As a registered charity we will be bound by the 2011 Charities  Act and the new 2022 Charities Act which has received Royal assent but so far there is no date for its implementation.
